Falling on the heels of our real-time opportunity and pipeline management capabilities announced in March, Groove’s new Auto Contact Capture feature gives our customers a complete picture of the buying committee by automatically identifying and adding new business contacts to Salesforce.
Now, when previously unknown contacts are cc’d on emails or added to meetings as contacts, Groove will automatically add them to Salesforce. Reps no longer need to take the time to add new contacts and assign them to open opportunities – or risk forgetting altogether.
