Groove SDR wins Tenbound’s BEAST Award for Best Sales Development Rep of the Year!

Today, Groove is excited to congratulate Ellie Markert for being recognized by Tenbound’s annual BEAST Awards as the “Best Sales Development Rep of 2020.”

Recognizing excellence in Sales Development, winners of Tenbound’s annual BEAST Awards are determined by votes from the Sales Development community in the lead up to Tenbound’s annual conference that took place on Aug 17. The award was announced during this year’s event with a record number of votes cast.

Ellie’s 3 Pro Tips for Achieving SDR Excellence

  1. Think outside the box and be creative! Make it your goal to personalize an email in a way that a prospect has never seen before! Use quotes, nostalgia, videos…the worst thing that can happen is they said “no.”

  2. Don’t take those no’s so seriously. Remember, nothing is personal, and everything is temporary.

  3. Compete with your own best self. Don’t be distracted or discouraged by what others are doing around you; compete with your best self. Success starts with mindset!
