Groove Wins 2023 Comparably Award for Best Places to Work in the Bay Area

Today, Comparably announced that Groove has won a 2023 Comparably Award for Best Places to Work in the Bay Area!

Groove earned a spot on Comparably’s Top 100 list of highest-rated organizations based on anonymous employee rankings submitted at Comparably.com within the past year. Winners are determined by the quality of reviews submitted about compensation, work-life balance, leadership, career growth, co-workers, perks and benefits, and more.

Groove received eight Comparably Best Places to Work Awards in 2022, including Comparably Awards for Best Company Culture, Best CEO, and Best Company for Women in December, Happiest Employees, Best Company Compensation, and Best Company Perks & Benefits in October, Best CEOs for Women in July, and Best Company Outlook in March. Comparably Awards Methodology

Comparably Awards are based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month look-back period (Feb. 27, 2022 through Feb. 27, 2023). Employees have the opportunity to answer structured questions (yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice) spanning 16 different workplace topics (leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc). Each answer is given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size. The final data set was compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies.
