Groove Wins Two 2023 Stevie® Awards for Customer Service for the Third Year in a Row

The winners of the 2023 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service were announced, and Groove has won two customer service awards for the third year in a row. 

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The 17th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service received more than 2,300 nominations from organizations in 51 nations.

Groove received two 2023 Stevie Awards in the following categories:

  • Customer Service Department of the Year (Silver Stevie)
  • Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year (Silver Stevie)

Groove has won Stevie Awards in the same two categories in 2022 and 2021, and has also won 2022 and 2021 Stevie Award for Ethics in Sales.

The Stevie’s Customer Service Department of the Year Award recognizes everyone who works formally in customer service, regardless of their role or location, while the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year Award acknowledges service teams that directly engage customers.

Groove’s CSAT score is currently 98.5% and has stayed above 98% for all of 2020, 2021, and 2022 vs. s. an industry average of 78% for computer software (American Customer Satisfaction Index).

Median first response times have gone from 4m 39s in 2020 and 4m 29s in 2021, to 3m 52s to date in 2022. That’s a 14% improvement on an already impressive timeframe.
