Mike Guerchon Joins Groove as SVP of People

Groove’s executive team just got even better. Today, we’re announcing that Mike Guerchon has joined Groove as Senior Vice President of People. Mike is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams at both fast-growing start-ups and global public companies.

Mike is exceptionally skilled at  building high-performing teams for tech start-ups while shaping a culture of diversity and inclusion. He joins Groove at a pivotal period of rapid growth for the sales tech start-up. Over the past year, Groove has grown its employee base by 222% globally. In fact, Groove’s growth just earned us a spot on the Inc. 5000 Regionals Pacific List announced last month.

Prior to Groove, Mike has held executive HR roles at numerous fast-growing technology companies, including Volansi, Okta, IKON, and Riverbed Technology.  As chief human resource officer at Riverbed Technology, he helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid  growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion and employee growth from 60 to more than 2,800 FTEs.
