88% of consumers surveyed for Salesforce’s upcoming Connected Customer report say they expect companies to accelerate digital initiatives due to COVID-19. To facilitate this, Salesforce has launched Salesforce Industries, the fastest path to digital transformation for companies in fifteen different sectors, with unique data models and over 700 custom-built workflows that accelerate time-to-value and decrease total cost of ownership.

Cohort 11 is designed to align leading applications listed on the Salesforce AppExchange with Salesforce Industries to help accelerate this digital transformation process. This includes guidance on go-to-market messaging and positioning as well as collaboration around strategic product innovation.

In December, Groove launched the first sales engagement platform built for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Built on the word’s #1 CRM, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud comes out of the box with all the core features of its Sales Cloud, plus new custom fields and objects modeling financial accounts, assets, liabilities, and goals for both individual clients and across entire households. This means advisors no longer have to spend time and money customizing their CRM to speak the language of their firm.
