The 2022 Inc. 5000 Regionals Pacific List came out today, and Groove has come in at #101 on this prestigious ranking of the fastest growing private companies based in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. This is the second year in a row that Groove has earned a spot on an Inc. 5000 Regionals list. Groove has been on the national Inc. 5000 list for three straight years.

A part of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful private companies within the Pacific region economy generating sustainable growth and jobs.

According to McKinsey & Company's December 2021 B2B Pulse Survey, digital and hybrid sales teams have grown more than 60% in the past year, far outpacing 27% and 11% growth for inside and field sales teams respectively. As companies look to empower this fast-growing segment of remote revenue teams, they are increasingly turning to sales engagement platforms.

Demand for sales engagement platforms is also being driven by the digital transformation of large enterprises in more traditional industries like financial services, advertising, and manufacturing. Groove is the only platform that can be easily customized to meet the unique needs of full-cycle sellers with complicated, industry-specific workflows.

A Fortune 500 manufacturing company recently implemented Groove because of its ease of use, which quickly boosted its inbound lead qualification conversion rate by 32%.

"The biggest market for sales engagement platforms today lies with sellers at large established companies, which is a segment that Groove is uniquely able to serve," said Chris Rothstein, CEO of Groove. "While demand for our platform has never been stronger, our ability to meet this moment is thanks to the incredible team that I have the honor of working with every day."
