Groove Wins 2023 Comparably Award for Best Leadership Teams

Today, Comparably announced that Groove has won a 2023 Comparably Award for Best Leadership Teams!

Groove earned a spot on Comparably’s Top 100 list of highest-rated organizations based on anonymous employee rankings submitted at Comparably.com within the past year. Winners are determined by the quality of reviews submitted about leadership, compensation, work-life balance, career growth, co-workers, perks and benefits, and more.

Comparably Awards Methodology

Comparably Awards are based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month look-back period (May 2022 through May 2023). Employees have the opportunity to answer structured questions (yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice) spanning 16 different workplace topics (leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc). Each answer is given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size. The final data set was compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies.
