Groove Wins Three More 2022 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards

This week, Comparably announced that Groove won three 2022 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards for Happiest Employees, Best Company Compensation, and Best Company Perks & Benefits! 

Groove earned three top-50 spots on Comparably’s Top 100 list of highest-rated organizations based on anonymous employee rankings submitted at Comparably.com within the past year. Winners were selected based on reviews that demonstrated overall happiness at work, and overall satisfaction with their compensation package (salary, raises, bonuses, stock/equity if applicable, and benefits).

In total, Groove has received five 2022 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards, including a Comparably Award for Best CEOs for Women in July, and a Comparably Award for Best Company Outlook in March.

Groove’s CEO Score on Comparably.com is 98/100, ranking us in the top 5% of similar-sized companies and #1 compared to our competitors. Groove also ranks #1 in Gender, Diversity, Employee Net Promoter, and Overall Culture Score.
