Pretty soon, the office water cooler talk could be replaced with robots discussing the latest algorithms. Why? Salesforce is bringing its Einstein AI technology to Slack to help automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve communication. With personalized recommendations and access to predictive analytics, employees will no longer need to use their brains, leaving more time for napping on the job. However, there is a concern that employees may become too reliant on Einstein and will start asking it for life advice, like whether they should marry their co-worker or adopt a cactus as a pet.
