Genies are usually found in bottles – or lamps, depending on the story. If you ever do stumble upon an old-timey golden lamp, we encourage you to pick it up and give it a rub. Any genie inside will be ready to grant you three wishes. At least that’s how it goes in Aladdin. Over at Salesforce, they have a different Genie, one that can deliver magical customer experiences, and they are eager to share it with you. At Dreamforce, Salesforce announced Genie, a hyperscale data platform powering the world’s first real-time CRM to reinvent how companies connect with their customers. Although this Genie doesn’t grant three wishes, it hopes to make all of your CRM dreams come true.
